Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AriaMindX subscriptions operated by JB Crownstone Private Limited.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.

Refunds

As AriaMindX is a digital service delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method through our payment gateway within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
